Quality & QC procedure After the order is confirmed, we have a meeting with all the departments before production, investigate all the workmanship and technical details, make sure all the details are under control. 1)100% inspection for the cutting, main trim, production(making a pre-production sample before production)and the finished product. 2)Morning meetings by the factory director each day; 3)Q/A for the during and finished production; 4)Q/A for packing inspection; 5)Final inspection while packing up all the messenger bags. If there is no other problem at this stage, our QC will issue the inspection report and release for shipping 6) We strictly follow ISO AQL standards
